Chihei Hatakeyama is a sound artist and musician living on the outskirts of Tokyo. 
He builds beautiful drone sound with a guitar and Reactor and some acoustic instruments.
The beautiful tone that instrument sound performed processing of delicately from all over the world builds is evaluated.
This work becomes the sense given very comfortable warm sound. Title "norma" means a standard and a rule. I feel that it is a work becoming the standard position of many works which he released.
