Quickie from us: "So we actually wrote Fenech-Soler a while back with interest in working on their track ‘Magnetic,’ but we were too late it had already ran its course… Lucky for us they offered up their upcoming single ‘Last Forever’ and we loved it! We couldn’t be more excited to work with a band like Fenech-Soler, they have a great fresh sound, are working their asses off just as we are, and they have British accents, we love British accents… The only trouble of this song was the tempo. So, with that in mind we had to stretch the vocals but it actually turned out really nice over our chords. On top of that our chord work on the remix is a structure we had been playing with for a while and were very happy when the chords paired up nicely with the emotion of the song and the rest as music should, came naturally…”

Quickie from us: "So we actually finished this tune back in 2013 but have been waiting patiently to release it, and now that time has come. Pumpin Blood was a pretty massive tune for 2013 racking up over 1,000,000 plays and really putting NONONO on the map, who have since been blowing up internationally, so naturally we were honored to work with the talented swedish act. The song itself has so many interesting components between the verses and chorus' and who doesnt love a good whistle, its got a great sense of emotion. So during the making of this remix...... shit we cant remember we did it so long ago, fuck, whatever, but hey it has our signature pluck and we gave it a trap breakdown to spice it up a bit. Anyway, the tune has three distinct parts, and in approaching our music production now, we really want to think about the songs in terms of distinct parts to create a well quote unquote perfect whole... so we have our really emotional piano intro that pulls you in, then our sort of ectasy drop or whatever you call it, and then into this sort of thugged out trap part and then back into glorious... its a favorite of ours because we always try to create these engaging emotional aspects that draw you in and this song we feel really accomplishes that in each of its sections”

In many ways we feel we are the same haha jokes, but Adventure were one of the few artists who reached out to us when we started and were cool and supported our music, so when they hit us up about remixing Wonder our fav track off their last album we couldn't resist, that and we want to collab with them so we really had no other option. That said, we think the remix turned out great, we actually see a little bits of our previous work in it, little nods to Around us and Julian. I figure I should do an explanation of this track since it seems to be the most controversial song I've ever put out (even more so then Serpent of Old... wow) Anyways. It all started one night when I was playing a bottle service club at an undisclosed location. Needless to say it was a fucking nightmare, not a single person in that room knew my music or wanted to hear anything remotely melodic. Me, being somewhat of a snarky asshole, decided to play all that psy trance I've been saving up for Burning Man just to weird them all out. It was a strange night for sure. But I had fun. Anyways. We had a long flight home the next day so I decided to grab some quotes about LSD from old movies and see if I could make a psy/bigroom combo track during the 6hr flight home. Lucy was born. So for everyone out there saying "RIP Seven Lions"... Suck my balls, you are the kind of people who make this feel like a job and not something I am doing for fun. For everyone else who has heard this song live on big ass speakers, I hope it did its job and weird-ed you out just a little bit  :)
