This series is made not for the raging dance floor but for chilling with friends, starting off an epic day, or just on a really dope sound system or headphones. These mixes are comprised of current tracks I have gathered and also some classic tracks from the last couple decades. All of the tracks I believe in completely. I like the challenge of mixing different genres and styles into a complete 90 minute aural pleasure field.  I put a lot of thought, time, and emotion into gathering these tracks, figuring out how to put them together, and mixing them into the final mix. It is a creative and sometimes difficult process but it is so rewarding to complete it and post for others to enjoy. This mix is truly a window into me and into a sampling of the tracks I love. One <3 to all of the artists, composers, producers, remixers, dreamers, and visionaries who created these tracks. The Smalltown sound is fun bass-heavy house music, combining the spirit of Canada's outdoor electronic music festivals such as Shambhala & Bass Coast, with the sound they cultivated at the legendary Hifi Club in Calgary (which they owned and operated). In 2023 they released music on DirtyBird, Rules Don't Apply, Fool's Gold, Box of Cats, WhatToDo!, and more.  

They've played shows across the globe including Fabric in London & U-Hall in DC, and Bestival in Toronto. With highlights that include appearances on Diplo & Claude Vonstroke's radio shows, a one-year stint in Las Vegas, the yearly Mountain Magic Tour with Christian Martin (of Dirtybird) and friends, and their collaboration with Shad & Wax Romeo "Boom Ha" being featured in the HBO show "Girls". 

In 2024 they have a ton of new music on the way!
