Dott Com & Bear Twists are getting all emosh -standing at the front of the boat declaring they're "Kings of the world!" Bloody Leo's already torn through the sails with his sabre, shouting "Hey You Guuuys!" at the top of his voice. But don't panic! 
The Captain has a steely grip on the wheel...or is it a tiller...hang about, where's he gone? What do you mean he's sexoring all the ladies with T-Pain and Posiedon?!! Who's steering this bloody thing?!

Here's a 100% improvised afternoon smoke out from 2004 with my first roommate Tim, aka Taro, aka Tic Tac. For a time Tim and I were inseparable. We learned to DJ together, we lived together, studied philosophy together at University of Toronto... Tim was and is a part of who I am and I will always remember the times we shared.

XXXChange's remix is hard as fuck, while Nacey's is deeper and more melodic. The B-side, Stuck Here, is a tech-house floor-filler with an equally irresistible hook. This release marks the second outing on T&A for both the Smalltown DJs and Grandtheft, following up Loving The Vibe and Gangsta Musik / Splash, respectively. Early support from Soggy Bottom Boys, the Duke Brothers, Cletus the Slack-Jawed Yokel, Barney Fife, Jeff Foxworthy and Diplo.

The Smalltown sound is fun bass-heavy house music, combining the spirit of Canada's outdoor electronic music festivals such as Shambhala & Bass Coast, with the sound they cultivated at the legendary Hifi Club in Calgary (which they owned and operated). In 2025 they are releasing music on DirtyBird, Rules Don't Apply, Box of Cats and more.  

They've played shows across the globe including Fabric in London & U-Hall in DC, and Bestival in Toronto. With highlights that include appearances on Diplo & Claude Vonstroke's radio shows, a one-year stint in Las Vegas, the yearly Mountain Magic Tour with Christian Martin (of Dirtybird) and friends, and their collaboration with Shad & Wax Romeo "Boom Ha" being featured in the HBO show "Girls". 

In 2025 they have a ton of new music on the way!
