Oh my god this is amazing and hype! Reminds me back then when I wanted to recreate every single UT theme with swapped melodies to spice things up. Last Word is one of my favorite to make because I'm a huge fan of Undyne/related motifs!

Hey, today I bring you a cover of a song that I've adored for a long time. One of Moon's most emotional tracks, I decided to cover this as a token of appreciation and a birthday present for him. Toadie wanted to help, and so I did the first 2 minutes and they made a few changes and did the rest of it. This was my first collab, and I have to say, it turned out well. With all that said, happy birthday Moon. Your stuff inspired me to do UTAU music and I hope you have a great birthday.

This is probably my favorite original piece since Tick Tock ヽ(･∀･)ﾉ Its theme is post-apocalyptic, and has incredibly vague lyrics on how I'd write a song. It's more like, "Here's how I used to write music, before the world ended. All I'm left with now is a Toy Piano." 

It'd be impossible to compose the many parts of a song with a single toy piano. There'd be many unwritten melodies that would haunt me, and I would never be able to play them for you.

It'd be entertaining, no? (ノ・∀・)ノ

This took only 6 hours to finish, but took 4 years for me to actually finish it and here's why ⋆ටᆼට⋆

I spend so much time stressing on my work to sound good that it feels more like a chore these days, and I find that when I spend 20-30 hours on a track, it leaves me exhausted and not wanting to write anything in FL for like 3 weeks, which is well, why I barely upload these days. The more time I spend on a track, the more flaws I see that have to be fixed and that's really the reason why I'm taking so long to finish songs now.

I held off doing Rewind for so long because I convinced myself that I needed to rewrite it from the ground up to sound good, but I chose to simply finish the project using all my original instruments from the teaser I posted 4 years ago instead. The reason being, it's unbelievable how much of a hardass I am about my music, I spend so much time complaining to Kamex in dm's about how self conscious I am about the things I write over the stupidest shit like "Do you think they'll like it? Do you think it's good enough to put on the channel?" Like it doesn't matter that I love the track, if I think it's not perfect then ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and "lemme delete the chorus that I just spent 3 hours on because I'm certain it's garbo-"

So my work now will be a mix of my current music style and my style from 2015-2016, since I want to be able to write music for fun again and not worry about it so much. Some days I'll feel like writing something challenging like Malevolence. Other days I'll write about a sweet potato idk, but it'll be stress-free. Sure every track I write may not be as impressive as Malevolence or Red Light & have their cool tricks, but it will give me a chance to write more music instead of feeling turned off to it entirely. I also want to treat my music like I can remix things more often rather than going "Oh well I just did Spear of Justice so I have to wait a year-" because that's stupid and if I wanna remix it two weeks in a row with one being my current style and one being my style from 2016 then why not, that just means more hot fish lady for everybody (・∀・)

Hey! I've been on a bit of an original kick lately so I decided to take 9 hours out of my week to finish up an original for Fatal Error (ᅌᴗᅌ* ) I started this track back in Texas when visiting family in September and just around to finishing it xD (Fun fact actually, I actually wrote most of this track at a coffee shop in-between classes xD)

The title of this track is based off a well-known computer virus that was circulating around in 2001 in case you were curious (゜Д゜;)

As a 16 year old! Today I'm turning 17! *happy kazoo noises* ヾ(*´∀｀*）ノHey gang, today is my birthday! Since it coincides with my upload schedule I thought I'd share this track as a reverse birthday present to you guys o3o 

Originally this track was going to have lyrics but I decided fuck it I can't be bothered but feel free to come up with your own lmao. It started out as just a bit of a music sketch but I built on it and ended up polishing it enough for me to want to upload it. It took me a total of 7 hours and I've been kind of listening to it non-stop xD 

I've been really proud of my music lately and I think I've learned a lot in regards to mastering and making my stuff sound clearer and louder. Back in 2018 to master my stuff all I'd do is turn up the pre-gain a ton and limit the track which ended up squishing down the sound and making it gross. I'd also completely centre the bass frequencies which really took out a lot of the punch from my tracks. Now I take more care with my mastering and make sure not to go crazy with limiting xD I also downloaded OTT so I can do some sweet sweet compression mmm ♨(⋆‿⋆)♨

Am looking forward to writing more originals as always and hopefully get in a few remixes this year as well! Thank you all for 13k (it was my goal to hit it before my birthday xD) and I'll see you in the next upload! owo
