In July 2018, Kim and I sat down to talk about Might Be Vegan, and Content Park.

Our conversation starts with her background and early career, including 2008's recession; she introduces her foray into her plant-based lifestyle, and we emphasize the importance of chasing your passion before coming back to discuss the food industry(11:15); next she discusses Content Park, her content development company; after a break(39:13) she talks about the importance of the behind the scenes work for a business; then the need for outsourcing and partnering to minimize inefficient or ineffective work(45:24); deceptive marketing and misleading social media(51:43); followed by genuine personal engagement and automation(59:13); then we conclude and she provides her social media information(1:12:29).
