Long ago, the land was ruled by the Smash Brothers.
Effigies of famous characters brought to life with a fighting spirit.
As they fought, they were showered with love from a community of adoring fans.
But their creator did not feel the same.
So, he retaliated against his creation...in the only way he knew how.
Summoning armies of Miis and the evil rulers from the old Emissary, he forced the timeless fighters into the Subspace Dimension, a prison from which he hoped they could never return.

Years later…

From ancient grudge break to new mutiny,
Where civil blood makes civil hands unclean.

No, this does not make Dr. Mario Gaster. This is actually my way of admitting to everyone that Dr. Mario will not be making his own appearance. He is the only fighter that will not be showing up. It just doesn't make sense anywhere. He might be referenced in some stuff related to Mario, but he certainly won't make any kind of direct appearance. I've said it twice now, but inb4 people assume that Dr. M is Gaster. He's not.

heard of smashtale? well this is the better version. first made by some guy named patwhit, brought back by the lovingly talented https://soundcloud.com/slick_silver, and then given to sombrero guy (@sombrerotwi) and then given to Sacred Snorlax (@im_also_phat). the crazy cool composers making these pieces will be listed in the descriptions of the songs, and can also be found on the list of followed accounts for this account. hope you like it, it's the sole reason this account exists.

A: He lost interest in the au and due to this gave it to me.

A: No, a lot of roles are changing and so is the story which is now inspired by World of Light with some subspace thrown in there.

A: because it is. i'd call it "Smashtale Ultimate", but i wanna keep it as is for the reason already stated.
