Sven Fields arrives on Smash Deep with his debut single ‘Never Knew’ for the label. Joining Sven Fields for this release is talented singer/songwriter Jan Liva.

A rousing big venue player ‘Never Knew’ meets all expectations hitting the right notes to be a strong debut release from the Dutch Producer/DJ. Alongside Sven Fields is the featured vocals of Jan Liva, whose accompanying topline adds that anthemic feel perfect for large party occasion environments.

Making music since his early teenage years, Dutch tech house artist Sven Fields has a wealth of experience under his belt already. Picked up by Afrojack a few years ago, when he collaborated with the A-lister around his tech-House alias ‘Kapuchon’, Sven Fields has since built up a substantial list of supporters around his music. These include Tiësto, Oliver Heldens, Sofi Tukker, Timmy Trumpet, and Martin Garrix.

Inspired by modern-day Pop music, R&B and Indie, singer/songwriter and producer Jan Liva is an artist keen to be diverse in his creative approach. Yet, through his unique style, listeners can still connect and relate to how his music talks about topics such as love, modern-day apprehensions, and what the future holds for all.

Fresh off the release of summer scorcher ‘Temple’ with Yasmin Jane, Swiss hitmaker and global party-stater Suark is back with a sublime deep house number out on Smash Deep. This time the long-standing friend, and exclusive signee of the Smash The House clan, calls on singer, songwriter and producer Ginta to help deliver a powerful dance rendition of Leonard Cohen’s breath-taking classic ‘Hallelujah.’ 

Ginta’s angelic vocals take centre place performing Cohen’s instantly recognisable lyrics over captivating synth chords. A sax-style riff plays out as a heart-pounding low-end bassline turns up the intensity before breaking into new dimension of ethereal deep house funk with moody electronica cuts and enchanting distorted bellows of ‘Hallelujah.’

Odssey and Diètro join forces to produce ‘WHY’, a summery yet lyrically sombre EDM record that oozes a delicate energy while still being able to make you want to dance.

‘WHY’ channels thoughts of heartbreak in to a liberating and carefree anthem, acting as a sonic release of pressure. Masterfully crafted by two of EDM’s most exciting talents in Odssey and Diètro, the pair manufacture a string-laden and transformative electro house tune that takes the listener to a place of euphoria. This, paired with the songs emotionally present lyrics, makes for an all-round incredible EDM ballad.

Odssey began as a DJ at the age of 12, finding initial success in local circles in his home country of Belgium. Two years on from his first introduction to the world of EDM, Odssey made the transition in to producing his own works and since then he hasn’t looked back. In 2017, Odssey broke in to the production side of EDM with the release of his debut single ‘Happy or Not’, also making his debut at the coveted Tomorrowland festival that same year. Fast forward 5 years and Odssey has rubbed shoulders with some of the scenes greatest, like Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike.

Diètro is one of the most promising young talents in the scene today. At only 16 years old, there is no telling at where this young man can take his career. Despite his age, Diètro has amassed over 2m streams across the relevant services and even performed at Tomorrowland. The Belgian wonder boy is showing no signs of slowing and ‘WHY’ is a continuation of his fantastic track record thus far.

Odssey, Ferrigino and Dosschy join forces with their punchy new release ‘Don’t Worry About Tomorrow’ out 6th January on Smash Deep. 

This track opens with a punchy beat, leading you to explosive synths and a deep bass. Then follows the futuristic female lead vocals followed by distorted echoes. Through captivating build ups, to deep bass-infused drops, ‘Don’t Worry About Tomorrow’ is an anthem that will have you so entranced, it grounds you to the moment of today.

Starting to DJ at just the age of 12, the DJ/Producer Odssey has now accomplished performing to huge crowds at the likes of Tomorrowland and ADE. Playing sets and entertaining are the basics for Odssey. This new track builds on his current collection of impressive releases already with Smash Deep Records.

Next in the trio is EDM producer, DJ and Radio speaker Ferrigno has gained support from the likes of Don Diablo, Meduza, Ummet Ozcan just to name a few. This Italian artist from Palermo has had a multitude of successes, hitting 100k streams on his track ‘You & I’ within 2 weeks with his fellow DJ/producer, Dosschy.

To complete the triad, is the Belgian DJ/Producer Dosschy. Dosschy has already conquered an enumeration of huge stages at festivals and clubs such as Tomorrowland, Ultra, ADE, Sunrise and Ministry of Sound to name a few. He already has multiple releases out with Sony, Warner and Universal under his belt and this impressive track is going to be no exception to his previous successes.
