One of Brazil’s forefront talents Pontifexx uses his skillset to produce an energetic, groovy and summer-ready anthem, Pontifexx uses his platform to shed light on fellow Brazilian and EDM newcomer Hiddeki.

As two of Brazil’s most exciting producers collide, the outcome is deep, glittery yet simultaneously bouncy enough to belong in any main stage set around the world. Using unique experiences and influences, the pair expertly blend their individual sonic profiles to create some dancefloor magic and infectious rhythm on ‘Thunder’, exclusively on Smash The House.

Pontifexx being the more senior of the two selectors, creates a wickedly wonderful canvas for Hiddeki to litter samples across. Hiddeki, who specialises in sample curation and production back in Brazil, uses his musical ear and productive skillset to create the details over the futuristic soundscape Pontifexx creates. An opportunity to impress on Pontifexx’s huge platform in Brazil for Hiddeki - an opportunity he capitalised on massively!

Pontifexx is one of the faces of a new generation of Brazilian EDM producers, first bursting on to the scene via his breakout hit 2018 hit ‘Get Away’, which amassed one million streams within just three days of being released. Since then, Pontifexx has gone from strength to strength in the industry, five years on from his breakout, the Brazilian producer has performed at the likes of ADE, Tomorrowland and UMF, as well as collaborating with the likes of Justin Mylo, KVSH, DubVision on labels such as Tomorrowland Music, Controversia and now Smash The House!
