I'm a HUGE fan of the matter-of-fact way that you read this!  It really helps me to understand the mindset of the character.  And I know I said this in class, but I still really like that the nature of the job is kept vague.  Good job!

When I read this in my head, I imagined the speaker to be more broken down and sad rather than plain DONE. Your tone was much more forceful and powered than what I imagined it really flipped the way I understood this story on its head (in a good way!) Awesome dude, keep up the good work!

I like that the story doesn't directly reveal what the man's job is. The vagueness makes the story so interesting to read.

I was thinking of a song that would play in the immune system of the human body, but then I added the dulcimer and it sounded like something from the Renaissance Fair. Therefore, I came up with the title and went with it.

A theme for an original character I made up on the spot one day.

McKenzie Slimshady is a goddess who houses an extremely microscopic universe of humanoids within her body, and she makes sure none of them do anything stupid like go to war.

Also, she's the cousin of Claire, the OC I made in RPG Maker MV. I plan on making a game involving them.

McKenzie Slimshady, Goddess of Humanoids

Gerfer Jicklestan is king of one of the tiny universes within McKenzie Slimshady's body. He rules over the galaxies of the lanky humanoids.

I was inspired to make this character (as well as the idea of McKenzie housing galaxies of humanoids in her body) after watching this Chills video of the top 15 creepy humanoid sightings on tape: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n99Q1sc3E0g

Nirvana (no, not the band)

Corona is the queen of one of the tiny universes within McKenzie Slimshady's body. She rules over the galaxies of fairies, nekos, and fairy nekos. She is infamous for her sadistic and dark demeanor.

Originally, I found a preset for Synth1 that I really liked and wanted to make a song around it. A few months pass, and I couldn't think of what else to add in. Then one day, I decided to make the song Corona's theme, did some experimentation, and finally finished the song.

I didn't draw her yet, so have her character portrait and sprite I came up with in RPG Maker MV.
