When a legion of retail traders who refer to themselves as apes/autists/retards etc. banded together in the WallStreetBets forum on Reddit and invested heavily in GameStop Stock (GME) - they made Tendies and trolled Hedgies. The stock shot up 12,711%!! This coalition of small, individual investors caused billions of dollars in losses for extremely well-funded hedge funds that were betting against GameStop's stock.

The album "Time is All We have" (2008), by Sad Music for Happy Humans.

Many of the tracks from this album are what also became the soundtrack for the Human Canvas Project, a visual/movement experiment containing 17 women nude painted white, moving in conjunction with the music and visuals being projected onto them.  This was performed live in August of 2008 at the Fez Ballroom.  The show was recorded from multiple HD cameras and is available on DVD and Bluray.
