The title of the AU (Smile Guide) is taken from Poradnik Uśmiechu, which is a Polish webseries on the Kraina Grzybów TV channel, likewise i think the AGATHA in the title refers to the protagonist Of said series (Agatka). The description makes further reference to all that Stuff.  Meanwhile the thumbnail depicts Room from _boisvert, specifically a frame from " Entirely Beloved." near the end of the video
