Bernie Worrell was the founding key member of the Parliament-Funkadelic known as the genius keyboard wizard creating outrageous and innovative sounds that blew the minds away of the music fans.  Being the melody maker of many of the hit songs of the band, he is said to be  the most sampled and copied musician in the world.  Possessing a perfect pitch, Bernie was a musical prodigy who learned to play the piano by three and wrote a concerto at eight.

This record has captured the magic that  would happen if this musical “inventor” had a melodica in his hand.

Мы познакомились в 1994. Он был первым, кто познакомил в 90х с первым для меня, серьёзным буддийским текстом - "Кристалл Света" Номкай Норбу Римпоче. Это была переписанная от руки самиздат версия, зеленоватые страницы книги учёта и серебряные чернила. Осенью 2006 он заходил несколько раз к нам в Мск, учил моего сына рисовать. Уже резко похудевший, килограмм на 20, говорил что предстоит операция и он не знает, чем это закончится. Перед отъездом домой, на Васильевский, оставил мне две сидиэрки с демками песен. "Сделай что-нибудь с этим". Весной, в этот день 8 лет назад, его не стало. Копии потом передал Дане Калашнику, они ранее делали альбом Caribace "Всё Связано". Долго не мог притронуться. Уже переехав волею судеб в СПб, в 2013 неожиданно для самого себя достал с полки и довёл до ума, вы можете это услышать.

New Jax, formerly a band named (BAMF), collaboration with George Clinton is their debut single. New Jax is a Funky Jazzy, Rock, Hip Hop outfit lead by Jack Keller aka MFJK. Jack Keller is a California State University Northridge Jazz graduate with a passion for anything that grooves. He plays bass, sings and composes the music for New Jax.

Admiral Asteroid featuring George Clinton is a dream come true for New Jax. The Song has a PFUNK sound and also some Zapp flavor with the synthbass and electronic clap throughout the track. It Also has some unique synthesizer sounds some of which sound like west coast GFUNK rap. It sounds like you're in a spaceship................

"I like that bass sounds like Bootsy ,"  said George Clinton at the recording session.
