This is a track intended for my upcoming album. Pretty strait forward ambient drone piece. 

The Memory Drone

This is a track that will be on my upcoming album "Chapters". It's in a mastered draft status, but I call WIP because I may change it. 
Inspired by a memory of a brief day trip to Canyon DeChelly "Spider Rock" almost 20 years ago. It was with an old friend, Dean. This song, like all songs for Chapters, is about Dean. Once a great friend, inspiration, and then a lazy, egotistical, judge mental, holier than thou jerk with no loyalty. Just another one of the people we all come across in life who think they are the bees knees, but like knees on bees, are actually just not real. He taught me a lot. Occasionally was there for me, but mostly it was all about him. Everything Dean was always more important than anything or anybody else. Lost friend, or relief from a costumed villan? I don't know. Doesn't matter anymore. However he did impact me in major ways that I am honestly very grateful for. 

Canyon De Chelly V2 Master Draft 1 WIP

This is the first Mastered version. How does it sound? This is intended for my new upcoming album and is the title track. Its a bit of a vamp thing that builds. There is also a 3rd synth used, but I am not allowed to name it as it is not released yet.

A cold ambient piece with ghostly wandering. Phantoms mingle about in their hive. Such are the memories of a sleeping mind.

This is the last track completed for my album "Chapters". This longer version has the extended intro drone. See Cecelia Ran Away Master V3 for the final shortened version remastered. Starts out calm and droning then opens up to more upbeat phase that ends as it began. Looking for mastering feedback. 

Cecelia Ran Away at Master. V2

This version is the final master for my album Chapters. This one has the drone intro shortened making the overall track a minute shorter. 

This song is about my ex-wife Hilda. We ran away together when we were young. During her couple years as a "runaway" she went by the alias "Cecelia".  We got married, and I thought we were happy as pie. She wasn't, and didn't tell me until it was too late. So she did what she does best and ran away again. She had a huge impact on my life, and is one person I still think about often. She refuses to communicate with me at all. Has incorrect ideas of who I am or what I like. For example she thought I like Rush Limbaugh. NO! I never said that. I once said sarcastically he was funny. That's it. Which tells me, she never really bothered to try and "get" me. Its sad. I wish I could talk to her, but she has completely runaway from me with twisted ideas that aren't at all what I'm about. She deleted me. More than anything I miss my friend.

I make ambient electronic music, sometimes beat driven, sometimes drone. I've always loved chill electronic music like early TangerineDream, Mark Isham, Steve Roach. A few years ago (2009) I decided to try it out myself but with a little twist. I make everything using only iOS devices and music apps. It is a relatively new platform that allows a great amount of freedom, quality, and inspiration. 
I produced my first album, "Technopolis Lost" using some of the earlier iOS technology. It was released by my first label FatelessFlows Records in October 2011. The 2nd anniversary of my first album is being re-issued by Apptronica with a new cover and a previously unreleased bonus track, on BandCamp exclusively. Since then the technology has grown in huge leaps forward with greater design, capability, and power. 
I'm trying to take full advantage of the increased options as I currently work on my next album. The next one will be a little different in that it is less beat driven and more deep chill ambience. I will post on occasion a work in progress (WIP) throughout my process creating my next body of work. Slowly these postings will result in removing older tacks. 

Comments welcome, and so are private emails. Comments of a sarcastic nature unrelated to the music will not be tolerated. Crazed lunatics with nothing of substance to offer are not welcome, and I won't respond to those kind. They will be muted.  I believe in positive intent.
