RACH B2B King Chuga for the first hour then Tommy Badman takes control for the second hour.

Tommy Badman has been a good friend of RACH & King Chuga for over 10 years now and has been part of the Unity Underground crew since the beginning so it was only right to get him on our live stream. Tommy's sets are always on the harder side of Jungle and Drum & Bass and his debut set on our live stream is no different. Tommy will be closing the night playing the final set of the night for our first live event in September.

We had a few technical issues during the stream which meant that the video footage was corrupt so was sadly taken down from our YouTube page.

Unity Underground Live Stream #005 25th July - RACH/King Chuga/Tommy Badman

The musically gifted Mineral is back on Omni Music with yet more dreamy atmospheric cuts. This EP has all the hallmarks of the sounds he is known for. The opener 'Lightyears from Krypton' eases the listener in gently with it's harmonious synth work, deep bass and steady breaks. 'Distant Life' launches his sounds deeper into the cosmos with a classic amen-led journey with more of his engaging melodics. 'Mystical Ways' drops the BPM slightly, but not the vibe, as classic breakbeats and a serene array of synth lines ebb and flow together symbiotically. The closing track 'Usva' flips back to more dancefloor ready vibes with precision cut drums, hypnotic melodic drops and bouncing bass notes designed to finish the EP on a high.

DJ Lucian... 1995 The Hits - Happy Hardcore - Volume 2

LUCIAN is one of Sydney's mid skool Drum & Bass pioneers and quickly became known as a purveyor of deep, atmospheric and tech orientated drum & bass from the late 1990's. LUCIAN's crowd pleasing selection and fast paced, layered, clinical mixing is at the forefont of his DJ set experience. This reputation led him to supporting the tours of some of the biggest names in Drum & Bass including; Calibre, Total Science, Bad Company, Marcus Intalex, Jubei, Commix, Aphrodite, Moving Fusion, Bailey, Ray Keith, J Majik, Friction, A Sides, Delicat, Ulterior Motive and Patife.

Over the last 20 years LUCIAN has also been at the forefront of promotion with Sonic Fiction, United, Momentum, Joined at the Bass and Airbourne club nights all being hugely successful in Sydney. This led to tours right across the Australian Eastern seaboard in Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane. The overarching objective of these nights was to keep the drum & bass scene, culture and raw underground sound alive for the next generations to appreciate, love and continue to grow.

Having spent the last few years concentrating on his family, LUCIAN is back renewed with a dancefloor focused energy. He has also ventured into new styles right across the dance music spectrum from Techno, House, Garage, Leftfield, Hip Hop and Down Tempo....
