At the age of 11 Smitmeister bought his first DJ gear. His musical journey started there. He started playing in clubs in Rotterdam and The Hague when he turned 16. 

Smitmeister also became active as a producer besides playing in clubs. He's known for his latest succes with the track 'POV' which he produced and co-wrote! He is known for his different productions which go across the world.
