After dropping Psychemagik's latest killer 'Black Noir Schwarz' - Crosstown Rebels will deliver a bonus remix package featuring Deaf Pillow, Leo Zero and Extended Play remixes. Their first original production not self-released, 'Black Noir Schwarz' was an unadulterated slice of Psychemagik magic, a psychedelically charged, electrotinged club weapon driven by a monster wonky bassline and dark, sultry vocal from Renata De Sutter aka Renegade. Up first Deaf Pillow plunges the track into a deep & hynpotic groove followed by Leo Zero who delivers an acid-flecked cosmic interpretation while Extended Play give a deep solid groove based remix.

Iron Galaxy returns with 'Climate', a track that he produced with Sexlife and it comes as part of a four-track split EP via new imprint Obsession Records. As the label's first release, the track does well to open up proceedings.

There are also tracks from Primitive World, Didemus and Yør on the record but here we put the spotlight on Iron Galaxy & Sexlife's efforts. 'Climate' is a forward-thinking, dancefloor focused roller. It's eerie, atmospheric and fully-loaded with demonic synth lines and pounding drum patterns. Get involved.

Shiny Objects was performing at the Jungle closing party when the events at another venue close by (Blue Parrot) broke out and changed the course of the night, as well as the future of BPM festival, forever.

Deciding to release the mix as a tribute to the festival and the BPM team, this is likely to be the last DJ set played in Playa Del Carmen in the foreseeable future. While there is still a lot of confusion on what the future of BPM or electronic music in Mexico will be, Shiny Objects cements a tragic moment in time with the release of his mix.

8 years ago we started our camp Disco Knights and for our last voyage to bring our disco space ship to the playa, we thought what better way to celebrate and throw one of the best parties on the planet than having the legend Carl Cox https://soundcloud.com/carl-cox play a special sunrise house set for Disco Knights. What else can we say… one of the most charming DJs in the business. A musical ambassador and a veteran of acid house, a champion of techno, a dance music pioneer, label owner, King of Ibiza – you name it, Carl's been there and done it, never losing sight of his passions – playing music, breaking tunes, celebrating life, and more importantly, always playing the vibe on the dance floor and making people dance! This all was the perfect fit for the mission we embarked on 8 years ago; there are many amazing sound camps at Burning Man, but what we always tried to build and do different was to make DK all about the unique intimate vibe through the love vibrations that derived from the people that are willing to travel to the far side of the playa to party with us.

Disco Knights is honored to release the recording from a magical morning set from Carl Cox.  Carl nailed the sound and vibe this morning and Disco Knights family and friends were feeling it hard! Thank you, Carl! And thank you everyone who was there to make such a special morning!

A fresh addition to the Anjunadeep stable, the highly regarded Belgian pairing of Jean Vanesse and Thomas Sohet, aka Spirit Catcher, make a bold entrance with the brilliant "Black Pitch EP".

Having graced seminal labels 2020Vision, Moodmusic and Freerange over their 10 year career, Spirit Catcher have continued to push a deep, funk-informed groove. Incorporating melodic 80s vibes and modern electronic influences, the "Black Pitch EP" showcases their dynamic sound at its finest.

Setting the tone perfectly, title track "Black Pitch" comes straight out of the blocks with a dark, immersive baseline, before delicate melodies and rising pads combine for a swirling crescendo - tied together with an infectious vocal hook.

With hallmarks of a classic house track, "Vintage Point" teases a rising techno-influenced groove and builds to a discordant climax.

Taking things deeper still, "Miss U Right Now" rounds off the EP. Crisp percussion and a rolling groove lay the foundation for a slow burning jam, complete with hypnotic bass stabs and another spoken word refrain.
