[@Zhe_Nin] Hi Damjan! Your mixes are awesome and has unique vibe. Could you tell us about your musical path and your DJ carrier?
[@damjanvojtovic] Hello Smoking City - I would like to thank you for the invitation. 
I will tell my story shortly. Its all started at the end of '90. When I was young I have listened lots of different source of music like Pop, Rock, later Gothic Metal but I couldn't find myself over there for longer. But later I have discovered a program call Club Rotation on VIVA MUSIC channel. So I watched highlights from Love Parade, Mayday Festival and I loved that straight away. In 2005 I went to UK and first thing what I brought was CD Decks and thats how it all started :)

[@Zhe_Nin]Today we have your special mix for Smoking City Music. How and where was the mix recorded?
[@damjanvojtovic] I have recorded this mix in my home studio.

[@Zhe_Nin]Can you tell us about the idea behind the mix?
[@damjanvojtovic] This month I have three invitations to do guest mixes - so I decide to make every mix special but not the same. Because I do like lots of electronic genres it comes quiet easily. In this mix you will hear Electronic, Progressive and Deep House sounds - positive melodic vibes :)

[@Zhe_Nin]Has the current pandemic changed your relationship with music? If so, how?
[@damjanvojtovic] Doesn't changed a lot apart spending more time at home rather playing gigs outside.

[@Zhe_Nin]What is your following musical plans? What you are up to next?
[@damjanvojtovic] At the moment Im focused to finish my new music studio so I have a lots work to do- hope I will finish by the end of this year - so I will be doing live stream podcasts but not only inside the studio - will see what time will show. Im also busy catching talents for my Xpress Yourself Podcast. Ii'm very excited with all what I'm doing.

[@Zhe_Nin]Smoking City Music is based currently in Kazakhstan (Central Asia). What do you know about our region?
[@damjanvojtovic] I don't really know much about Kazakhstan but wish to go there. But I do know you celebrate a New Year Eve 3 times in a year - if Im right lol

Hello dear friends, today we have a young and very talented Artem Majorov, below in the interview he shared with us his lifestyle principles, enjoy!
[@daniil_kurbatov] Hi Artem! You recorded two mixes for us at once (this is a teaser, we'll tell you later 😉), completely different in mood, both are awesome! First of all, I would like to know what emotions you felt when recording each of the mixes? Tell us a little about how you created them


[@mazhorov] And so, «Tropical» is written in the mood, you can even say in the state that I found just thinking about the Indonesian Islands.
My friends flew to Bali and brought a bunch of incredible stories from there, for example, once they went into the jungle and went straight back to the place where they left in zhdungli, there was no way to go without a guide. So, I believe that this life on the Islands where there is a certain magic is extended to 100 years, this is as long as the locals live. It's so inspiring really.
«Break Tech» is the second me, a breakable fickle and dreaming to make everyone jump on the dance floor, at home, in the car, at work..
This is the energy of infinity.

[@daniil_kurbatov] Tell us about yourself. Somethink like " I was born in Moscow, in the 70s on the edge of the city, the urine hit my head early...". What role does music and its creation play in your life?

[@mazhorov] I was born in a small town in Belarus. My parents took me in their arms and went to look for happiness in Russia, I was 3 years old at that time.
The first thing I heard from the beautiful creation as music is the composition "Atb - You're Not Alone", at the moment when my father was demonstrating his sound to friends in the living room of our apartment, where there was a custom build 12.2 - 12 speakers and two subwoofers.
When I was 5-6 years old, my father had hundreds of CD's, cassettes - not a small media library.
Well, I just became a listener, then all my life I always differed in the company of friends - my music is always with me and it is different, from jazz to dubstep.
I started collecting mini mixes in the FL STUDIO sequencer at school in the fifth grade. Also wrote some music.

I have no musical education at all
Once in the city of Ryazan, where I flew for work for two months, which eventually lasted for 4 years.
With my love and my Muse for compatibility, I went to a techno party, where I saw those guys who brought stories from Bali, and began to dream of doing what they did, especially to get to know them.
On a normal day at work in a bar, I asked the DJ after the party to leave the equipment and show me the basics of this art so to speak "haha".
Well, I began to devote time to this, it was not enough.

As a result, these guys with stories from Bali («Core Underground») are my good friends and inspirers.
I have been in Moscow for a year and a half, after quarantine, I was noticed after publishing on the «OBERWAVE» label, which was also one of my dreams, I start playing in clubs and art spaces.
It's incredible of course)

[@daniil_kurbatov] How has the pandemic affected your life? what idea/essence would you highlight in this context?

[@mazhorov] The pandemic took me to a new level, "OBERWAVE", "Moscow Music Week 2020", furthermore.
I started writing a multi-genre electronic album with the idea that it's enough to divide music into genres and teach people to listen to everything!

[@daniil_kurbatov] how do you see your audience? describe this person, their lifestyle, and priorities..

[@mazhorov] Absolutely free person!

[@mazhorov] Love your life! Do not destroy it with moments that come from most people who impose the rules of their life on you.
