Recorded inside a wood-fired sauna in Nalovardo, after a wonderful day on the mountain top — a calm autumn day when the raw evening air whispered of the cold soon to come.
Each splash of water on the stones turned into steam and rhythm, echoing the contrast between warmth and frost.
A sonic ritual where nature, body, and sound melt together — pure Phuse energy, organic and alive.

So...  Where to start..  Hmm..  Starting to work a lot on music again in my basement studio and really enjoying life on the river with my wonderful wife.  God is good.

So SMP is full effect nowadays!  Been booking, promoting and producing live music events in the Rockford area for about a solid 6 months now and it's going awesome! had a short practice with my drummer and two new guys last night.  we invited them to come play a TOAST n Jam, our synth n drums improv group, show with us this Sat night.  They were PERFECT additions to the group!!!  I posted the first and last jam we had.  This is a good thing!!!  More jams coming soon...
