Cryogenic Dreams

For a while now I've wanted to try and paint a specific picture or emotion with a song. I had a great opportunity to do this when I felt ecstatic and uplifted after watching a movie, which was right when the sunrise started shining into my studio. This song reflects that emotion I had then.. I even recorded the ambience of the birds/ animals/ noise around my Seattle home at that point in time from the standing point of my studio with a field recorder, which is what the track starts and ends with. I wrote out the melodies and main groove quick while the emotion lasted, and finished the rest later. I'm stoked to see now that, the original emotion was captured in the song. One of the most beautiful natural highs that I get...
