* (Sans seems ready to go in for the kill...)
* (But suddenly becomes aware of an approaching, rumbling noise.) 

SANS!!! 

* ... 
* ah shit.

* (A motorbike strikes you suddenly, sending you flying out of the way. Sans releases his grasp on your hand and lets you go flying.)
* (After a moment, you stand back up and rush over to watch the conversation)
* (Papyrus parks up the motorbike and steps off about when you arrive.)

 * oh, if it ain't paps, swoopin' in to disrupt me once a-frickin'-gain. 
* an' runnin' over a child with "Bob" whilst you're at it. 

THE BIKE'S NAME IS "BEAUTY" AND YOU SHALL ADDRESS IT AS SUCH!!! 

* heh... well, tell "such" not t' murder the kid. that's my job. 

SANS, WHAT DID I TELL YOU?? 

* don't be annoying prick? 

WELL YES, BUT NO. 

* uh... don't give burgerpants socks as payment or he'll rip off my- 

NOT THAT!! THE THING ABOUT FAIRNESS. 

* that? eh, whateva. ain't important. 

THE HUMAN DESERVES TO BE ABLE TO PUT UP A FIGHT. 

* you made me give the others that opportunity, an' they just waltzed on past us! 
* right through to the freakin' waterfall! 
* where most of 'em promptly got their various appendages and organs splayed out over the freakin' pebbles.

 SO?? 

* the captain's expectin' me to actually do somethin'. you made me join the guard!! let me do my guard duties!! 

BUT SANS!! I... I SPENT SO LONG ON THE TRAPS... 

* uh... 

I DON'T WANT THEM GOING TO WASTE... (SIGH) 

* ... eh, whateva. fine. we do it your way. 
* but if your traps don't deal with 'em... 
* i ain't gonna shy away from gettin' my hands dirty.

Papyrus has his normal abilities, but appears to be far stronger with them than he is in Undertale. He sometimes works with Undyne to create machines and puzzles for the Underground. He's too afraid to join the Guard out of fear that Sans would bully him for it. He often cooks with Muffet and has attended the occasional tea party with her too (but he won't admit that to anyone). Papyrus is trying incredibly hard to come across as cool, hence the outfit he wears and the motorbike. The bike itself is named "BEAUTY", but Sans calls it any stupid names he can think of (usually he calls it "bob", but he's not afraid to switch it up), much to Papyrus' dismay. 
Papyrus initially wants the human to go through his traps just to see what happens, but rather swiftly decides he doesn't want them to perish. So he protects them as much as he can from his brother.
The scars on his eye are a sore subject for him. Even mentioning them will completely ruin his mood.

Well what do you know, I actually finished one of the 100 unfinished flps I have.
Anyway, this is just a cover of Amy's (@gang-hole) custom TT megalo. Nothing too special. I did make it more Oblivion focused though, which means Oblivion voice clips and motifs instead of Ministry Of Death motifs. So is it still really a cover like 99% of the song has been changed.
