I always found it hard to focus on one genre when recording a mix, especially when I recognize what I feel inside of myself right now. Josh Bobzin (he/him) has been carving out dancefloors since a decade now, while switching permanently between DJ, promoter and dancer. He draws his selections from a wide range, always putting in warm layers and adding cheeky stuff. You will rarely hear a set sticking to one genre or being played in carpet-style. What started with illegal raves in off locations, countless open airs or small club events in his homebase Hamburg has finally lead to Flugmodus. With his friends from Lüneburg the crew quickly entered Hamburg and set the bar high for full-on rave experiences. In 2020 he co-founded Fluid Festival, which celebrated its premiere in June 2022. Under his alias Recorded Future he explores the ambient and deep side of things. Club sets are rather an atmospheric journey between deep techno, tribal and trance. Together with Smuseb he started rundum.club, which curates House and Techno artists in daytime and nighttime formats with the goal of achieving a safer/braver space for marginalized communities. His most recent project is Transmute, where Carl aka rh-rn and Josh create an intimate space to enjoy ambient & experimental music.

DJ Chichi (she/they) is a Berlin-based DJ and promoter. With their eclectic sets that range from House, Trance and Techno, she is able to put smiles on the faces of ravers on many dancefloors in Berlin and Germany-wide. In her composition of sounds DJ Chichi reflects the light-heartedness as well as the deepness of  emotions that everybody is carrying around while also keeping a constant energy flow that will keep the dancers moving. With a lot of empathy and great joy in the music she plays, she wants to create a unique dancefloor experience together with the audience.

@alexdolbyaffekt has contributed to the Italian techno scene for over 20 years and isn't showing any signs of slowing down. Throughout his career he has released on labels such as A.R.T.S, Modularz, and Teksupport, besides running his own labels Sequenzial and Affekt Recordings - which celebrated its 10th year in 2023.

Alex's approach to music is to challenge himself and the status quo, and his upcoming release on Sequenzial, RAI Series 1.1 does just that. Created to explore the more minimal regions of the label, RAI will look to meander through slower BPMs, and offer a different experience to the labels usual output.

In the first edition of our new //SNCMIX series, Alex explores his current sonic aesthetic as he weaves through dark, cavernous soundscapes, driving basslines, and dubby chords in this atmospheric techno mix.
