From the forthcoming December, 2023 full-length release, 'The Final Testament of Erysichthon', Boy Met Girl was conceived as a tribute to two Minneapolis, MN, songwriters who both had profound and enduring influence on my own artistry.

This tribute was approached by imagining what a collaboration (however seemingly unlikely) between Prince and Paul Westerberg might sound like - both in a finished product, but perhaps just as importantly, how the effort might likely change as it evolved through various iterations at different junctures of the creative process as it was written and recorded (and, perhaps even tugged back and forth a little bit).
