I made this with a cheap microphone, a plastic cup, and my voice. Once everything was recorded I just slowed and pitched it down.

This was made with a trial version of Ableton. Much like everything on this page it's pretty fucking terrible. When I made this I was listening to Oversteps by Autechre a lot, so I tried to emulate its squelchy reverby melodies.
