The original track is by a Canadian new wave band from the 80's called Strange Advance.  For some reason there seems to be a great misconception in the electronic dance community as of lately, that heavy bass music is scary and "filthy".  While I love that kind of music, I believe there's room for a more positive and uplifting sound on dancefloors everywhere.
