I wrote this song about how hard it is to wake up every day. I'm not talking about getting ready for the daily grind. I hate being alive, and every day it's the same struggle. Try to get out of bed. Try not to kill yourself. One more day, one after another. It's such a grueling task to do the most simple things like drink water, eat food, even take a shower. But I do it for the people that love me. Because I understand it'd hurt if I were to choose not to wake up.
