Fully made from scratch with Cubase, Virtual Instruments (hey strings), and my clumsy voice.

Wanted to do a cover of this Kainé theme from NieR since a long while. But to change a bit from other covers I used the FFXIV version as reference.

Quite a louder / lower version for sure, I died two times trying to mix those strings and to fix my clumsy voice.

All is made by scratch using Cubase and Virtual instruments, except my voice and the otomatone which are recorded (and heavily processed).

Started this otomatone cover last year, then dropped it. But the awesome performance of Masayoshi Soken at the FFXIV fanfest fired me up to finish it. So here it is.

Wanted to try using a voicesynth in a cover for a while, and I found the perfect match while playing the awesome game Gnosia recently! The whole OST is really fantastic :D

Everything is made from scratch using virtual instruments and UTAU for the voicesynth! Chords copied by ear (^_^") so might be some errors :x
