Against an industrial techno beat, Robyn depicts a scene familiar to many: the man she loves is dancing with another woman, oblivious to her presence as she looks on. It is, as Robyn puts it, a song inspired by her love of inherently sad, gay disco anthems such as Ultravox’s Dancing With Tears in My Eyes, Sylvester and Donna Summer.

Exceptional remixes come from a whole host of artists; Jakwob, Rex The Dog, Azzido Da Bass and Fred Falke, have all re-worked the soon-to-be dance floor classic for summer 2010.

March is Sharam’s time of year. Through the years, as a member of Deep Dish and as a solo artist, WMC and Miami Music Week have played a vital role in launching some of his biggest hits while playing host to some truly unforgettable events. This year, Sharam has had some truly amazing WMC and Miami Music Week events which now sets the stage for a massive spring/summer.

One track that made it's way all around Miami was his latest single, “Our Love.” The original version stormed out of the gate in late 2011 but a fresh set of remixes are ready for Miami and release on March 27. The remix package takes Sharam’s multi-genre approach towards the original to the next level with three new versions of the hit track. First, young Spanish producer Heren turns in a synth driven rendition with subtle Dubstep influences. His remix builds on the original and takes things up a notch for the primetime floors. Dirtyloud, the Brazilian duo with a background of electro-house, psy-trance and dubstep, have recently dominated the charts and their remix of “Our Love” showcases their Dubstep prowess on a twisted re-imagination of the track. Lastly, Sharam dissects “Our Love” and reassembles it into a completely new primetime version inspired by the sound of his heroes of mid 90’s dance music scene.

Further down the road, on April 10, Sharam releases a brand new remix package for his track “Que Cubano;” a previously unreleased track and highlight of his acclaimed Warung Beach compilation. In addition to the original version, the package features remixes from Nicole Moudaber and Rene Kuppens.

Sharam is currently in the midst of one of his busiest times in years with lots of releases planned for the remainder of 2012 plus a brand new compilation due on Yoshitoshi later on this spring/early summer.

HVOB have only just released their impressive debut album, but the next EP is already on the way: "Always Like This" is almost a tribute to the Vienna-based electronic duo's current wave of success.
Number 1 in the iTunes Dance Charts in Austria and number 3 in Germany, number 3 in the Beatport Deep House Charts – and HVOB's eponymous debut album continues to win the band critical acclaim in a success story which began when the first snippets appeared on Soundcloud a year ago. HVOB's Berlin-based label Stil vor Talent, which is no stranger to success, has been delighted by one of its best selling albums to date.
HVOB's third EP is scheduled for release on April 26 – and the track selection seems to be more than mere coincidence. "Always Like This" is an accurate reflection of the young Vienna electro duo's life right now. Anna Müller and Paul Wallner are "super happy" with the way things are going, busy as they are with all the live appearances in cities like Berlin, Paris and Istanbul, long nights spent in the studio and the formation of new partnerships: alongside Four Artists, Primary Talent, one of the world's major booking agencies, will in future be looking after the interests of HVOB.
"Always Like This" is the third single from the album "HVOB". HVOB's cover of the track by British indie rock band Bombay Bicycle Club mixes warm synth pads with soft beats, while Anna Müller's distinctive voice puts an entirely new spin on the melancholy of the original. Oliver Koletzki and Andhim have both made remixes of HVOB's interpretation of "Always Like This": Oliver Koletzki's version is powerful, emotive and melodic, while Andhim's shows incredible attention to detail and is intensely deep and original.
HVOB, which stands for "Her Voice Over Boys", are Anna Müller and Paul Wallner, who formed the duo in spring 2012. Müller (composition, production, vocals) and Wallner (composition and final production) produce intelligent, sophisticated electronic music, which is both easy to listen or dance to. The Vienna duo, who favour live on-stage performances with the backing of a drummer, will be appearing at the Donaufestival in Krems, Lower Austria, the Lighthouse Festival on the Lanterna peninsula (Porec, Croatia), the Pratersauna in Vienna, the Übel & Gefährlich in Hamburg and the Ninkasi in Lyon. i first heard iamamiwhoami at a restaurant in london a few years ago.  after hearing them i emailed my manager, eric, and asked 'have you heard of this band iamamiwhoami?' and he wrote back, 'yes, we manage them'.  

when they asked me to do a remix for them i happily said 'yes', as i'm a fan of theirs.  and when i heard the song they wanted me to remix i realized that i didn't want to deconstruct it and change it, but rather just add melodic and structural elements to it, to enhance what they'd already done.
