Almost an hour of  dancing with attention to your body and inner state.

Heart in Motion takes the movement meditation (like Ecstatic Dance), and soft embodiment exercises (like in 5rhythms and Open Floor) and integrates them into the dance flow.

With a silent disco system we danced with nature. I played this set at the Sundance Camp near Kemer, Turkey, and people danced outside with the ground, the trees, the rocks and the sea. 

It was so deep and so connected with the spirit of nature.
