Hello once more, I'm glad to be back with another sound to share on the page! 
I am trying to become more and more dedicated solely to recording, not only in a literal sense, but in a mental sense as well. It can be taxing along with what else life brings.. often I only have a few days a week to record and completing a project to a degree that I am comfortable feels like it takes ages... I'm also trying to work on a visual aspect and will begin testing some things here very shortly. 

As for this song, I was really just going with the flow of life and connected immediately with the sound. I've been in contact with https://soundcloud.com/nadia-piet for awhile, over the net we've shared many ideas and words similar and diverse. She is an incredibly hard working and talented individual in many aspects, primarily focusing on promotional media and connectivity, spreading consciousness and ideas through her HipHop food-for-thought website: http://www.thetika.com/ if you have sometime, please do check out the site! 
To add on to her already layered skills, she tried her hand and beatmaking(no doubt with a little help from https://soundcloud.com/kickbackdsc!!) through traditional means and has made only two instrumentals, but despite that, when I heard them I immediately garnished interest. 

After some nights of inspiration, and imagination I came up with these words. The songs title is more complex than it's meaning, put simply, it means transformation. And that's what the song is about, an inner transformation that is one often needs, sometimes it is thrust upon us, forcing us to change. The first verse is about that, a situation in which one is required to transform ones mindset and consciousness to a new state and level. 
The second verse speaks of a daily active awareness of that fact, that one must remain conscious, and that getting lost in ego could be ones biggest downfall. 
The hook was written by Nadi herself, I just sung it. 

I wanted to keep the song simple, in it's make, and just kick a good vibe that is nice to listen to.

I'm so excited to be sharing the full length album of the very talented in-house DJ and producer 'Cam The Downrocka' and 'Lord Sina'. This release will take you back to the roots of hip-hop and it's strictly been made off the SP 1200 and MPC 2500 including Cam's turntables to add some more flavors to it. 

Whats first got you into music? Sina: It feels like Hip-Hop was my way out as a kid sometimes. When everyone else was out on the streets playing like they are hotshot i was home impressed by Kool G Rap lyrics and my moms Ghorme Sabzi.

Cam: As a former B-boy and graffiti writer, i always used to listen and dig for breaks. I love the core elements in Hip-Hop, and i still live by those. My beat making years started a lot later tho, around 2013. Before that it was all about battling and getting up...

Greetings, 

Coming all the way from Poland, Zone and I decided to get down on a short & simple track. 
Many thanks to Zone, @https://soundcloud.com/zone12bit for letting me use the instrumental for expression! 

The song I didn't really want to get to fancy with, and just stick with what came to me while listening to the beat. 
I was beginning to catch myself, thinking about things, far beyond my comprehension and skill level, -- And yet noticing how uncomfortable I became when I would do so. 
But at the same time, I laughed, as here I was scaring myself with my imagination and nothing more. Making myself uncomfortable and doubtful - of something that more or less is nonexistent in no place but in my mind. 

The mind can be pretty devious, especially with it's ability to absorb information from our surroundings, and to compile and build with that information a new world in our imagination from which we can begin to draw our fundamental beliefs. 

The world is a big place. It's nature is sometimes unknowable, in what happens to us, and around us.. It can be seemingly random, and sometimes, It can feel like the result of conscious effort, - or even that of divine intervention, or destiny. 

Our society, places a lot of importance on the 'outside', of us, what we do - Where we go, who we see - what we watch and like to read. 
As if THESE are the things that will express and define us. 

It isn't so. The hook i write speaks of the cultivation of the self, and how - no matter what you do in the outside world, if you are not straight on the inside, in your mind-
fixed in your beliefs with those beliefs instilled upon the heart in an unwavering way-

You shall never falter from your path, for the path, will be the self. 
And you will have developed a love for treading on the inside.
