Revolution 2.0

We are in the eye of a new revolution.  There is a big change going on and this is going to give rise to a new paradigm in the way we define art. Who is the artist? Who can be an artist? What makes an artist? Digital creation is making everyone an artist… and why not?  Photography, music, film, literature is now a click away.  You can write and publish your own book, film, music, photos.  Everyone can tell their story without any filters or mercantile constraints.  This is democracy to me.  More imagination and creation, less violence and hate… Maybe?  It’s the new world of individual disruption.  I embrace it and hope it will reach everyone everywhere and all art forms will see the light for anyone to see…  No more elitism, purism, chosen fews…  I trust now that relativism will show the way…

Danièle Losier is a Canadian instrumental electronic musician and composer in the experimental, electronica, and electro-acoustic genres.  She is currently based in a small Acadian town on the northern coast of New Brunswick, Canada. From her home studio, established In 2014, she has been producing original music and sound design projects for TV, radio, film and multi-media projects.  She released her first album online in June 2019 at: https://tilleyroadaffair1.bandcamp.com/album/the-delorean-project-chapter-1-delorean-dream
