Radio Serenata on KXLU 88.9 fm on the way back from the beach on Sundays. New Orleans, the tropics, Berlin. My friends near and far, my partner Eli making music at home, memories of my parents dancing.

Advice for the DJs, producers and artists of our community: Don't worry about having a defined sound, DJing is ephemeral and fluid. There are many ways to combine and reconfigure music - find what is meaningful to you. Whatever the result, it will be an expression of who you are and where you're at. Learn the context and the history. And finally, something I'm still working on myself: meet fear with curiosity.
