Are you ready to leave on an adventure? 
We still know very little about this place …the day we drifted through the soda breeze and awoke on it’s land. I can hear the sound of something coming, can you? 
So let’s pack up our things and leave the shores, in search of knowledge and new flavours.
It is the night before our departure to the inner lands. Equipment in place...take your cape, compass, map and backpack. A backpack so big to carry our pencils, kites, a wooden spoon, lucky fruits, empty diaries and one cup ramen for a late night. Don’t forget the sound recorder and a couples health potions. 
Fireflies illuminating the path for adventure, we’ll dance and hike through forgotten places, meeting all sorts of different creatures living into the forest and inside the mountains.
We will walk through the ruins of ancient civilisations and learn as much as we can while we hike our way toward the big volcano where we hope to discover the secret of this place -
Senses moving fast…what is going to happen on our trip?

If you happen to wander next to the village at night, you might get a glimpse of a Soda Ritual unfolding. The villagers gather around a blufire (creator of matter) and start to move at the rhythm of the wind, filling a quicksilver cauldron with different plants and minerals. The blufire stimulates particles of chemical and alchemical elements, making them vibrate simultaneously at certain frequencies and generating sounds and colours outside the conventional visible and audible spectrum. Those emissions can be trapped and condensed into liquid audio for storage, transportation or research purposes. It is possible to combine any type of potions at your own risk to achieve a different result each time.

One of the first things we notice when leaving the shores is the incredible variety of plants and creatures that inhabit the island. Our trip is a long holiday but there’s no reason for us not to make the most out of it and learn as much as we can about this place. Thanks to our map we’ve been able to find one of the ancient and most important structures that holds information regarding this cosmos, The Underwater Library, where remains of the Carbonaencyclopedia are preserved. The Underwater Library is a huge archive of documents and tales regarding the Sod-Abiogenesys (The Creamy Bang), The Mono / Stereo Age, The Hertz Division and the Wi-Fi Pinnacle erection. The complex biology that distinguishes every living creature is classified and analyzed for its function and features, as well as it's ‘spectral echo’- On Soda Island every atom of matter has a sonic counterpart that vibrates at a certain frequency creating inaudible resonance. This unstable duality of nature is what keeps everything interconnected and provides energy to synthesize and create life/sound. Nature/Nature.

One of the most complex and interesting organisms that inhabit the Island are ghosts. As opposed to popular folklore, Sodian’s ghosts do not spawn from deceased living creatures, instead dozens are born each time an earthstar mushroom gets pollinated by glucose rain. These fascinating creatures spend most of their time playing hide and seek in yards and forests undergrowth. Generation after generation their aptitude for hiding improves, single games now last months. For this reason napping is the main activity for anyone involved, waiting for the designated seeker to complete his quest locating the others. When they are not playing hide and seek, ghosts are sleep guardians, they gather around other lifeforms releasing earthberry scented particles in the air affecting the color balance of dreams. During our trip we also notice a different kind of ghost, more pale in color and with a pink halo following, it’s a ghost-ghost: a spectral echo of a regular ghost that can be grabbed from the sonic dimension through a soda ritual (as previously mentioned in Nature Nature and Soda Ritual). Ghost-ghosts aren’t particularly fond of hide and seek as they’re not capable of napping, somewhat contradictory to this they are constantly found yawning. Their behavior is still uncertain and enigmatic to us, further studies are necessary.

Like all living organisms, seed plants purpose is to to pass their genetic & midi information on to the next generation. For the process of pollination to be successful, a pollen grain produced by the anther (male) must be transferred to a stigma (female) of a plant of the same species. We noticed that right before the sun is set below the horizon, huge swarms of curious butterflies gather around the meadows of a particular magnolia flower to assist in the vital processes of pollination. Its is an incredible event to witness, as the sunlight scatters and refracts through the wings of countless butterflies creating a very particular type of indigo twilight. During this process, midi particles are also collected and stored between the wings membranes, oscillating at a very high pitch.
As a side result of the intense night of pollination, particles of a honey-like substance can be seen floating in the morning mist and covering the undergrowth in a caramelized dew which feeds the various bugs and birds.

There's a place up on the hills where we found a piece of papyrus laying under a chocolith: it describes how a particular life form used to protect the spirosegarden (east soda side) and its surroundings against the passing of time. Mermaids are stone and water, combined in an elegant balance and they are capable of projecting illusions into other lifeforms's minds. Using pollen from a specific lotus (chrónolotus) they can extract grains of time and stop it at their own will, creating a copy/spectral echo of reality that gets stored inside the mermaids' hands.
The papyrus describes how the flowing of time eventually took its linear course and eroded all the mermaids from Soda Island, confining them to a life in the spectral echo of their own reality. According to the document, it is possible to visit the spectral soda realm but we're still looking for the gates.

A Bubblebee is member of the genus Bubblus, in the family Apibae. They have round bodies covered in a soft unknown fiber and bright coloration that seems to change according to the vibrations present in the environment. They harvest Starpollen from a particular flower that can only grow if exposed to infraorange micro waves. For this purpose, it appears that many eons ago a special garden was erected (we can determine this after the analysis of the compression used to enclose the elements present in the structure) for the sole purpose of preserving and sustaining the pollination cycle. The result of a successful pollination by the Bubblebees provides enough yield to create pearls for ≈200 litres of boba tea. Additionally, pearls are often used to play on the marble circuit every 2nd Sunday of the month.
