 When I acquired my MPC, as a learning tool, I started cutting up some classic 1994 samples/breaks and ‘reimagining’ these classic songs that shaped our childhood on their 20th anniversary…. Some friends even contributed some beats of their own…. We ended up with a whole bunch, so here they are in a lil mixtape me and DJ Thor (many props brother!)whipped up last night! hehe (Majority of tracks are straight out either an MPC1000 or MPC2500 and completely unmixed. Limitations were that we can only 'remix' songs released in 1994 (obvs.)and cut up the original samples/breaks used in the original tracks (we took a few liberties tho! hehe))
