SHOTGUN debuts the first episode of a series dedicated to Berlin’s lively scene. The first set is as a live recording from AMØN and KIRAN at OBXENE’s last event at ÆVE Berlin.

Batu, also known as AMØN, was born and raised in Cologne and started DJing and producing 3 years ago. At the beginning, he used the alias “Nemeziz” and was part of the duo “Årsen”. With releases on various labels such as Sindex, Oiz Records, or Katana, Batu started using the new alias AMØN last year.

Jonas, aka ₭IRA₦, is a 24-year-old who grew up in a small village in the Erzgebirge/Tschechien border region of Saxony and moved to Berlin five years ago. His interest in techno music was sparked by countless club nights in various clubs, and he later discovered a passion for DJing.

lluminati, is a rising DJ and techno producer in Germany's hard electronic music scene. After discovering his passion for techno music, and more notably the underground techno sounds. He immersed himself within a world he was soon to became a part of. 

In 2019 he started playing at local parties and clubs, where he quickly made a name for himself for his unique sound and high-energy DJ sets 🔥

Illuminati began experimenting with his own music production in 2022. His sound is a combination of industrial, acid, hard techno and schranz. Characterized by heavy bass lines, distorted synths and pounding beats. 

Illuminati Techno has since become a resident DJ at two of the most popular techno events in Münster Germany: “Wir sind die Nacht” and “No Mercy.” 

He has played alongside some of the biggest names in techno, and has gained a loyal following of fans who appreciate his energetic and intense sound.

“Getting higher” is an absolute banger of a track! it's well constructed, with very clean production. Whilst also maintaining that high energy techno sound that he is renown for. 

This is a track that is sure to become a staple in many DJs sets. The perfect blend of the old and new school techno sound. With the energy to help carry the listeners through the night.
