It’s worth the long wait, especially when it comes to Ambient, don’t rush it - it’s not fast food music. Here at Sofa Beats we love it slowly cooked and that’s what Christian Samsara gave us. Beside being a good friend he is a Danish-born DJ and avid records collector, embarked on his journey into electronic music during his early teenage years. It was during this time that he stumbled upon the ambient genre, which swiftly blossomed into his profound passion and eventually led him behind the decks.
Throughout the course of his DJ career, Christian has graced numerous festivals and events worldwide. Additionally, he has curated countless mixes for well-known podcast channels and shows such as Inveins, Campfire Stories by Silent Season, 꿈 Kkum, Orb Magazine, just to name a few, revealing his expertise in ambient, downtempo, IDM, and deep techno. His mixes are characterized by a unique blend of abstract cinematic soundscapes and intricate layers of organic textures.
In 2015, Christian Samsara became a part of Ultimae Records, his first compilation, "Isolated," was released in 2022 and he currently works on a second chapter to be released in 2024.
