Maroki, 28, brings us a hot slab of electro tinged house music compliments of the E-Beamz label with their track "Lost." It's an emotional trip through delicate keys, yearning pads, and a twisting, turning bass line. Ice cold drums keep things from becoming totally unmored and drifting into the ether. It's a perfect example of the emotional impact that the right melody can have in dance music.

The EP runs through a range of styles and influences, jumping from early-90’s rave culture, drum n bass and eerie sci-fi beats, all whilst yearning to rave during these lockdown times.

Acid, pulsating rhythms, and heavy synths all feature throughout the EP mashing together big nights out and bedroom raves.

X-Kalay returns to close out the year and kick off a fresh run of releases with another label debut from UK up and comer, Lewis Taylor aka “LT”. Having released the first record of his nascent career just last summer via the venerable south London imprint Rhythm Section, LT serves up a clinical three tracker for X-Kalay spanning pacey tech, slo-mo drum funk and breaks laden hazey house.

We premiere the title track, Staminize which closes off this beautifully rounded sophomore offering in superb fashion. Otherworldly glitches and sirens from the future beckon you into a land of the unknown, as you follow the distant and familiar sound of rolling breaks like a moth to a flame.
