With his music receiving support from the likes of Charlotte de Witte, Shlomi Aber, Amelie Lens and more, Omis has been busy since his last EI8HT release, popping up on labels like Unrilis and On Edge Society and remixing for Fatima Haji.

On the ‘Contrasting Details’ EP, Omis deploys jackin’ grooves and compelling samples across the five tracks, each one amassed with funky energy and pumping drum  power for the discerning DJs and dancefloors.'

SWEEPR found inspiration for the first track on the Night Shift EP, "Wait," during a late-night walk in New York City. While walking with friends, he recorded a sample of a crosswalk signaling "Wait" and the accompanying beeping sounds. This sample served as the initial inspiration for the track, which gradually developed into a complex and dynamic composition.

"Wait" features winding bass swells and percussive synths that build into several layers, creating a driving and energetic beat. The track is a perfect introduction to the Night Shift EP, setting the tone for the rest of the album with its pulsing rhythms and mesmerizing melodies.

For Vol.5 of the remixes of Ross Harper’s acclaimed ’The Dark Album’, Pyrame provides some welcome uplifting relief in his rework of 'Deep Life'. The Berlin resident Thisbe Recordings label founder who takes inspiration from surrealism, fantasy and of course with a name like Thisbe, the Greek Myths, here fully exposes his love of the 80s drum sound with a new wave edge. Building on that strong foundation of rock solid drums is layered in, the most wonderful lifting melodic riff and the combination makes this track feel timeless. Pyrame took an instant liking to the original and after having it on repeat for a several days, the physicist turned cosmic poet transformed the already floaty central sequence into a sensation that is akin to actually walking among the very gods that inspire him.
