#5 In this episode I am speaking with my first guest - a brilliant trauma therapist Prema McKeever.

We speak about developmental trauma which is trauma from childhood that shows up in adult intimate relationships. Even if you don’t think you have trauma I highly encourage you to listen to this episode - I also never considered myself traumatised… Until I developed enough resilience to look a lot deeper.

If you see your trauma it doesn’t mean you are broken, it is not an excuse to stay in your patterns. If you see your trauma it means you can shift it. An intimate relationship can be an incredible support for that!

Saraswati (Sanskrit: सरस्वती, Sarasvatī) is the Hindu goddess of knowledge, music, arts, wisdom and learning. She is a part of the trinity (Tridevi) of Saraswati, Lakshmi and Parvati. All the three forms help the trinity of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva to create, maintain and regenerate-recycle the Universe respectively.

After 20 years of dreaming, I finally decided to take my yoga teacher training, and I did it with my partner Naomi Jason, and one of my favorite teachers, Shiva Rea.  

We trained for 3 weeks at Blue Spirit in Nosara, Costa Rica.

I've been making music for Shiva for almost 20 years, and this was by far the most intimate and rewarding journey of collaboration. 

Enjoy the vibes!  You can hear Shiva teaching in the background, so this is for practice, probably not best for use in class.  I hope to translate these into studio releases this spring :)
