PLK organizes events and creates spaces for experimental sounds in her native Silesia, like the DIY-festival zgrzyt.music. Next month she will play at the⚡PRO ABO CYBER RAVE⚡at Club Quarantine to collect money for activist groups that help Polish people get abortion abroad. Her mix is an intense firework between experiment, trance, gabber and much more - turn it up!

three tracks that lament in awareness of
the dual nature within,  

To reify ego through intense self scrutiny bears new life of the self one divided across domains. 
The identity and the identifier face each other. To spawn and destroy a vessel for sins, externalising the ego as another entity and then killing it.

Like observing the life and death of atomic particles, sound waves throw themselves into ears with violent self destruction that pulls on heartstrings. 

Dirgelike drones absorb noise dampness with massive inertia. Silver Blade chronicles the destruction of the self, glossy metals and heavy bass nestle chants of chaotic self aggrandisement, preparing the target for assassination.

Bringing awareness to the dual force within us all and then allowing it to die. 

The identity and the identifier face each other in Shattered Mirror. ‘You see yourself from the inside out’ pieces of glass embedded into the infrastructure of the psyche. Process of illumination of flesh carving the details of our sins, subconscious merging into consciousness shattering old patterns into dancing shards.

The ultimate conclusion comes with Deceiver. The immune response flushes negativity out with intense distorted polyrhythms echoing through the body. Pulsing to purge the self, veiled screams etch deeper the void outside the two halves. When there is ego death what is left?

'Forests Of Steel' is the first single from APEAK's upcoming EP Empyrean.

‘Empyrean’ is an exploration of celestial and terrestrial motions through stoic juxtaposing landscapes. Incorporeal voices glide through impenetrable metallic forestation, where only the dancer is present in a dissident state of mind. A monochrome neon glow phosphorescing through the night air, calling for disarray.

After coming into his own on ‘Grey Skies’, APEAK doubles down on the functionality of his sonic experiments while his signature glassy electronics writhe through the dense percussion.

To be released 14th August via Changeless.

Much love to @n-obezg ! The Zagreb-based producer is also a DJ, a radio host, a film and theatre composer, aaaand a promoter. Last year he made his first appearance on the global club scene with the track Cistern, released on the Italian label Early Reflex. 2021 will see him releasing two EPs, exploring traditional Southern Slavic music through a compressed, contemporary cinematic sound palette.
