Make your music as dark as you wanna girl <3 I get what you would feel like that but also if you feel like things need to get out then let them out. A lot of your most depressing stuff has really helped me process my emotions and situation at some of my lowest points and were huge inspirations for me. Its hard to explain but it really helps, weirdly therapeutic. Not saying you should only make super depressing stuff or anything! I like p much everything you make youre the goat but like, dont limit yourself bc youre afraid it gives a bad impression or making things worse somehow, art is art and its all valuable in its own way <3

its your creative outlet - do wat you want with it, no reason to change anything about what u make for others. ur music has only ever helped distract from the horrors and thats what should it do for you as well

sometimes when shit gets really bad, i just sit down and make music. its a good distraction and i try and turn the feelings or what im going through into something positive, if i miss the mark on it then i try again.
