UNISON is the debut album from PARAADISO, a duo composed of musician TSVI and audio-visual artist Seven Orbits.

Inspired by Italian folk music, noise, ancient choral acoustic compositions, rituals and their functions, the album focuses on conveying a sense similar to those felt in ancient gatherings and ceremonies where the collective physical experience meant heightened stimulation at both the individual level and collective level.

Contrary to individual experience, collective experience is necessarily rooted in (shared) patterns of action and behavior; it has been studied that the sense of a joint consciousness emerges from such patterns of action and a sense of ''relatedness' is developed between members of the group; relatedness is a form of shared identity, which in turn can transform intragroup social relations and future re-Action. Experiences of synchrony and collective emotion induce in individuals a shift between two parallel cognitive “modes”, from the individual to the communal, generating feelings of openness, inclusion, and prosociality and sometimes even dissolution of the self-other distinction.

All human life and all human interaction are profoundly social: our everyday lives do not take place in isolation but constantly require our engagement with other people. The artists unknowingly sought these qualities emerging during the creation of the work as isolation and disconnection raised dramatically over the past two years and have created a piece in response to that which aims to be performed and experienced in a live context as an audio - visual experience.

A thought for Philipp Bibich aka Silént Phil, who left us 4 months ago. 
An artist who deserves to be listened to again and again. 
He took part in many projects and could have had an important place in the world of electronic music.

This collaborative release aims to merge the universes and styles of different independent artists, as well as their communities. 

Comechelet wanted to collaborate with labels from various countries across the world to make the internet community around electronic music groups, and to show that geographical distance and international conflicts don't prevent artists from working together.

The theme of this album is water, its flow, its sound and its natural environment.  As always, we try to bring in a touch of poetry, science fiction and fantasy.

Edited Arts is launching Serotonin, the second in a new series of charity fundraising compilations.

Serotonin features contributions by some long-lasting friends and new found collaborators ; Dane Law, DIDA, dj celes, Eye Measure, FARWARMTH, Felisha Ledesma, Georgie McVicar, hogobogobogo, IVVVO, KMRU, Lauren Duffus, Lenticloud, Monofee, mu tate, Nexcyia, onybdy, Shit Creek, SPECIMENS and 空蟬(Cicada Shell)

Cherubic voices, sparkling drums, and drones on their way back home from an all-nighter set the scene for this compilation. 19 artists have made sonic references to the hormone that acts to regulate our wellbeing. This is the second release from a series that is musically themed on psycho-sensory states of happiness, or the lack thereof.

Profits from this release will go to the Black Cultural Archives and Raw Music Media. 2 Brixton based organisations / charities.

Apocope is the second C.A.N.V.A.S. compilation, following Cipher (2019) and featuring another grouping of dispersed artists responding to a call-out under a unifying theme/sky. Where Cipher approached codification, Apocope approaches the cut-off point of a pop operative. An ‘apocope’ is a word truncated—a sound omitted—moulded into a shape which rolls off of the tongue yet carries within it further significance.
