Julia Koffie is a Minsk-based DJ who hosts the WZRD radioshow (@luxxcstl) on Radio Plato. Her show is inspired by future beats, hip-hop, electronic music and edits culture. She's also a co-founder of @bluetapefam, a label and a growing community that brings together sound producers and artists all around the world. Some tracks from the Blue Tape compilations can be heard on this mix.

Back in November of last year I challenged myself to make an edit a day for the whole month. This mix features tracks from that challenge plus some of the other edits I've released over the last few years. 100% El Train edits throughout!

A couple of clanging mixes in there but I guess that's what happens when you go in without any practice 😂

Future Wave is a collaborative project between So Future and New Wave serving as a dedicated platform to showcase the evolution and diversity of Electronic music, with a special focus on finding and amplifying talented emerging DJs and well-seasoned established talent alike. Future Wave seeks to fill the gap in opportunities specifically for Black talent in the Electronic music scene by creating space for them both online and IRL. This mix from kenzel was delivered as part of the B2B set featured at our Shoreditch House x Future Wave event held in November 2023.
