Passion

I had my first performance in 1992. During the school party I was selected to be responsible for the music. I think I did a good job and I was known as the DJ for all school parties which follows. 
My love and passion for music started way earlier when I was a little kid. I am coming from a very musical family where singing, playing instruments was always a part of us.  
I have started to collect Vinyl, Tapes, CD´s, DAT Cassettes and Mini Discs at the age of 10. I started with the age of 16 to release my first professional Mix Tapes and one felt into the hands of Jean Claude Ades who was already an international producer and DJ. He introduced me to the Club Scene in my Hometown, and I had my first residency at the Myer’s Club (Ulm), which was a renowned house club in the 90s and known beyond the borders of the city.

It was a very intense time for me. While going to school, playing soccer on a very high level and DJing during weekends I was busy and had actually very less time for other activities. 
During that time, I have met a lot of people in the industry and was offered to play in other cities. 
I start to travel a lot in Germany and Austria which was an interesting time. I was honored from my hometown and get the offer to play in front of 25000 people during millennium. That one was one for the books. 
Bigger is not possible? Of course, I also get the chance to play twice during the famous Love Parade in front of seemingly countless people. 

Eivissa (Ibiza)

A friend of mine invited me to join his appearance in Ibiza. 
I had a talk with some promoter and of course I had a bag of vinyl with me. A good portion of my confidence was enough to get a first small gig somewhere in a small place there. 
Well, I think I have rocked that place so good that they wanted me to play at on of the hottest places there. 
The legendary El Divino Ibiza booked me for the complete summer season. It was surreal and to be honest it was not from this planet. 
Here I was standing in the DJ Booth and played music for people from all over the world and some celebrities like Puff Daddy, Justin Timberlake…..this list is endless.
Where, if not in Ibiza, you can experience and discover music better? In those days Ibiza was not an integral part of mass media, and the DJs were not part of a marketing plan. They were able to let off steam, which I did to the fullest. 

The Ibiza-Mykonos affair

Back from the island, all doors were open to me. Major deals and the opportunity to be part of the unique West and Davidoff Jam tour in cities like Berlin, Munich, Hamburg and Cologne.
Shortly after, my phone rang. The caller was my friend and chief of my first club, Thomas Heyne: “We open a club in Mykonos – and want you to play there.“ I seized the opportunity and became a resident DJ at the Paradise Club. Nobody at that time realised that the Paradise Club would turn into the arguably best clubs in the world. That was again an outstanding situation for me. Standing in a club a playing for 5000 people every night was just unbelievable, and I shared also the decks with the biggest names of the industry. This big list includes DJ Supertstars like Carl Cox, David Guetta, Deep Dish and Erick Morillo just to name few.

Present – Future

I am regularly DJing in Hamburg and do also play overseas. Music is a part of my life and will be always a part. In the last years I also focused my passion into producing music for the dance floor but also for commercials which makes fun and it’s a very different challenge. 

I am very lucky that I have the chance to travel the world and sharing my music with the people. Amazing times with amazing people and of course a lot of fun.
