City Of Winds is not a physical place or location.  It's a place I invented with my imagination. It's a beautiful abstract place that it isn't bound by time or earthly traditions and fictional currencies.  It is however, a place that collects broken things and unfulfilled dreams, a place where the Occamy rests easy and a place where creatures of the night finds eternal life.

The wind in the Citadel of Winds brings with it the smell of the desert and the lullabies forgotten with time.  The wind also brings with it the songs from the gates of eternity and new hope for future generations to come. 

City Of Winds is a place the Divine Creator forgot to build, to give life the deeper meaning in this little parenthesis of time.

Greyscale's 114th edition of their Mood Series introduces a promising newcomer to the label, Psycho Panther, with his debut album titled Eclectic. The album presents a diverse collection of tracks that were not originally intended to coexist in the same project, yet they seamlessly blend together to form a cohesive listening experience.

The album opens with 'I Guess So,' a chord-driven, techy track that sets the tone with its ominous atmosphere. The distant jet rocket-like chords evoke a feeling of uncertainty and resignation, perfectly capturing the internal struggle of reluctantly fulfilling commitments. Next is 'Pseudo-live,' a hypnotic journey into the depths of dub-techno. The track plunges listeners into a deep watery abyss, with swirling textures and dynamic variations inspired by automated LFO mapped filters.
