As some of you might have guessed by now, music is incredibly important to me. I can't imagine not having the ability to express my creativity and discover more about myself through music; I've always had the option of studying, creating, and performing on musical instruments. I don't know where I would be if my family hadn't been economically able to provide me with all those opportunities. 

Therefore, I think it's important for me to give back. I want to do what I can to help make such opportunities available for people that otherwise couldn't afford them. In an ideal world, monetary barriers wouldn't hinder anyone's ability to experience self-discovery, creativity, and personal growth through music. Although this may only be a small contribution, hopefully I can help lift some of those barriers by donating any money generated by my new single "Everchanging", which comes out on Monday, to VH1 Save The Music Foundation. Today, SMLE start a new chapter of their career. After running the internet ablaze with their remix repertoire, the pair decided to relaunch their project, completely wiping out their Soundcloud and the guys are starting fresh with all new ORIGINAL music. Today they announce their first single "Every Chance You Get" off their forthcoming EP Reasons To. 

"Every Chance You Get" layers live instrumentals with funky guitar lines, over colorful tonal arrangements, vibrant synths, and an electrifying breakout for a vibrant and boisterous production. 

The beginning of the SMLE project evolved from our frustration with the current state of dance music. The purpose of the SMLE persona is to deliver music with substance and to deliver a concept that gives people a chance to fall in love with and submerge themselves in. In other words don't worry about us, we're not hiding who we are, we're just letting the music speak for us.
