Since breaking onto the scene in 2017 - Assembler Code has uploaded an unstoppable run of sold-out releases on labels such as: @mechatronicamusic, @cultivated-electronics, Censor, @cpurecords. Unit as well as his own label @internationalchrome(run with @jensen-interceptor). In the studio, Assembler Code programs a unique sound combining hard hitting machine funk with Sci-fi soundscapes - presenting a more experimental and modern take on the classic electro and techno sound. Solenoid boasts an extensive catalog of releases in both vinyl and digital formats, spanning from house music to techno. More recently, the focus has shifted to 90s techno and progressive house with influences of trance and acid.

Solenoid regularly showcases its artists through the parties which has already taken place at Renate, Golden Gate and Zur Klappe in Berlin. The goal of Solenoid and its artists is to promote quality rave music, both in productions and primarily in vinyl sets presented by the roster of its artists.

The label's design is curated by the illustrator Tara Deacon and visual artist Riccardo Bernardi, also known as ACONITE.

The distribution is handled by KMA60.
