Solfeggio Journey is a collection of ambient music written using the ancient solfeggio sound frequency scale. My music is written to help in relieving stress and specifically the symptoms associated with asthma. 

This album is heavily inspired by the sounds of Aotearoa, as well as many analog synthesisers and organic instruments.

Each track features instruments, such as the guitar, flute, and gong, and location recordings from Kerikeri NZ. Also heavily featured is the sound of classic analog synthesisers used for their pure tone and modulation capabilities.

All tracks are written at 100bpm (beats per minute) which is a relaxed tempo, perfectly suited to reducing stress. All modulations, as part of any sound used, has been digitally synchonized to this tempo.

Solfeggio Journey should ideally be listened to with headphones, but the CD can be listened to on a home stereo or in your car.
