UK based producer Hugo Massien has been slowly but surely making a name for himself over the past few years with "Metamorphosis" marks Hugo’s debut LP on the E-Beamz Record label.

We premiere fittingly titled 'Outer Space Jam'; an outer orbit breasky stomper, driven by a heavily oscillating lead bass line, with brief interludes of soaring padwork. One to bookmark for those future forthcoming peak-time moments. In 2016, I was working at an electronics store where this track kept playing. Back then, I was deliberately avoiding pop music — but Sia’s voice cut through everything and stayed with me.

Eight years later, I stumbled upon the acapella and recorded the first demo of this remix that same evening.

This is the first in a series of reworks of tracks that left a mark on me. All of them will be available for free download.

Polish-Silesian producer Karol Gwóźdź aka Nail joins the German label Dominance Electricity for a mystic 'Revelation'. The title track is an epic ten-minute Electro trip with biblical vocoderized lyrics in Polish language, driving broken beats and hypnotic melody loops. Followed by the slightly more energetic '1987', the release also features two ambient bonus pieces that highlight the beautiful synth work of the two songs. Essential for fans of classic Electro in the vein of Kraftwerk or Anthony Rother. 'Revelation / 1987' is now available in digital formats and as a limited edition 12-inch vinyl.
