Inspired by the appearance of Solid Steel playing Lord Kitchener's 1970 calypso classic, 'Margie' in Steve McQueen's 2020 movie, 'Mangrove', Mark Cherrie ventured in the studio to create a more downtempo jazz-informed version of the tune featuring his own tenor pan playing plus the added delights of Dominic Grant on guitar and Freshwater on vocals.
